I beg to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of 6th instant, enclosing Assignment from Messrs. King, Burgess, Hermann and Churchill, to Mr. Edison, of a half interest in the invention of Edward P. King in Glass Making Apparatus, the same having been duly recorded in the Patent Office.
