June 11, 1891.
M. Standish, Esq.,
No. 31 Nassau Street,
New York City.
Dear Sir:-
I have your letter of 3rd instant. If a successful separation of the Rhode Island ore to which you refer was affected in a Ball and Horton machine, and the titanium extracted, it is more than I could do.
We have tried in vain to deal with the Croft Mine Railroad people. We have stopped the negotiations and are not going to build a railroad ourselves.
Yours truly,
M. Standish, Esq.,
