Ft. Myers, Fla.
Dear Sir:-
With reference to your memorandum of 3rd instant, I beg to advise you that Mr. Edison has decided that he will not sell any of the machinery belonging to him at Ft. Myers. He may go down here next winter, and if so he will be able to make use of the machinery.
