Dear Sir:-
I beg to confirm the following telephone messages exchanged between yourself and Mr. Edison to-day:
“Erastus Wiman and some friends went to visit Ogden Mill. Do you think we should allow this party to go there? He wants to there to-morrow, as he will be in that neighbourhood. Please telephone reply. SAMUEL INSULL
“It will be no benefit to permit him to go. He has a number of experts with him, and I am opposed to allowing any body to go through. EDISON"
