June 24, 1891. H.M. Livor, Esq., Gen’l, Manager, N.J. & Penn’s Concentrating Works, Ogdensburgh, N.J. Dear Sir:- I observe in the reports of the run of the mill which are sent to me daily that the percentage of [illegible insert] tailings. Mill No. 1 is abnormally high. On the 19th instant the loss was 9.38%.
