Dear Sir:-
I beg to confirm the following telephone messages which passed between youfself and Mr. Edison to-day:
MR. EDISON TO MR. INSULL: I am going to Ogden to-night to stay. If there is no objection I want to take hold of the technical part of the concern. I propose getting 1500 tons daily out of that mill. Arrange things accordingly, and telephone reply. EDISON.
MR. INSULL TO MR. EDISON: I am very gad to hear that you are going to Ogden. All matters will be arranged here to-day, and Perry and Hart go to Ogden this afternoon. They will spend the night in Dover. I presume you will also. Please let me know. SAMUEL INSULL.
MR. EDISON TO MR. INSULL: I will spend the night in Dover. EDISON.
Yours very truly,
