G.N. Morrison, Esq., Secretary,
Edison United Phonograph Co.,
Mills Bdg., New York City.
Dear Sir:-
I beg to inform you that work in connection with new tools is well under way. I spent this morning at the Phonograph Works and find that they are employing as many hands on these tools as is possible. It has been found that many of the old tools can, by slight alteration, be adapted for the new phonograph, and wherever it is possible to make such a change as this it is being done, which of course means a saving of considerable money. I beg to assure you that we will pay every attention to this work, so that it may be completed at the earliest possible moment.
Yours very truly,
A.O. Tate
Secretary.
