Samuel Insull, Esq.,
P.O. Box 3,067, New York City.
Dear Sir:-
I enclose herewith a press copy of a letter under date July 9th received by me from W.S. Perry, Secretary of the Edison Ore Milling Co., Limited, in regard to that Company’s indebtedness to Mr. Edison, and the issuing of a demand note in payment of the same. It would seem from Mr. Perry’s letter that the settlement of this matter in the manner indicated now rests with yourself.
Yours very truly,
A.O. Tate
Private Secretary.
