Sam Insull Esq.
Second Vice President
Edison General Electric Co
New York
Dear Sir:
The following is a list of my inventions which have introduced economy in Lamp manufacture and which come within the scope of my contract with your Company of October 1st/90

Machines for sealing in lamps
Use of straight inside part
New Platina Seal
Dipping of vacuum pump tube in collodion (savings in Labor and glass)
There are other things outside the Lamp Factory which have not yet been used to any appreciable Extent. Those which I have named are new and have been in use for a year or more, excepting the platina. I believe the Lamp Factory have a record of the [-----] quantities and [------] of saving
Yours truly
Thomas A. Edison
