Dear Sirs:-
Mr. Edison has asked me to thank you for your esteemed favor of 28th instant. He is very much obliged for your courteous compliance with his request for permission to obtain a few phonographic records of your Hungarian Band.
We would like to take these records on Tuesday morning next (August 4th), and if It will be entirely convenient for your orchestra to play in the phonograph on that day, our Mr. Walter H. Miller be on hand with the necessary apparatus. Please inform Mr. Edison of the hour at which the members of the orchestra will assemble, and very much oblige.
