Dear Sirs:-
In reply to your letter of 5th instant, we have sent you to-day a list of the musical records which we have on hand. The list is not of course as complete as it eventually will be. We have not gone very extensively into the making of records as yet, for the reason that we desire to obtain the views of the different Phonograph Companies, as to the kind of music they require. In reply to your query, we beg to say that any kind of music can be reproduced as well as local records. We can fill regular orders very promptly, and orders for reproductions will not require more than two days after the receipt of the master cylinder for shipment to be made to the extent of 100 or 150 cylinders. The sample records of which you acknowledge receipt, were not packed in the manner that we have been packing records in the future. In answer to your question, as to how records should be sent to avoid injury, we would suggest that you [illegible] the way in which records are sent you in the future are packed,, and that you pack your masters in the same way. You can use our boxes for these. Hoping to receive your order.
Yours very truly
[illegible]
