MEMORANDUM TO WALTER MILLER.
Please read the attached letter from Mr. Ware. He states that the cost of packing musical records for the Edison United Phonograph Company was charged to them and not to the Laboratory. How much of a credit should we allow them so as to place them on the same footing as the Phonograph Companies in the United States. Mr. Randolph will show you the bill that has been rendered for the musical records.
