A MEMORANDUM FOR MR. RANDOLPH
Written the Edison United Phonograph Company asking them to place an order on the Edison Phonograph for [5c] musical records which were supplied to us to be shipped to Central America. As soon as the United Company place this order on the Works, the Works will in turn make requisition on the Laboratory for these cylinders and as soon as this is done I want to give the United Company a credit of a c per cylinder or in all $2.50 for boxing and packing. I believe that we charged them 50 cents each for these records. In future if records for the United Company are sent to the Phonograph Works and packed there, we will bill them at 45 cents a piece.
Yours truly,
A.O. Tate
