Edison Manufacturing Co.,

Dear Sir:-
I have your letter of 17th inst., in regard to shipments to Philip S. Dyer. As soon as Mr. Dyer is settled in London and has his store-room opened for the reception of goods, and as soon as he has arranged with the English Company to sell our batteries throughout Great Britain I intend to forward him a full stock, so that it will be unnecessary for us to make these small shipments. We can just as well carry a stock of our batteries in London as at Silver Lake and we will of course save a considerable amount of money in freightage.
Yours very truly,
A.O. Tate
