My Dear Gilmore:-
In connection with the manufacture of Musical Records, Mr. Edison wishes to obtain a one-and-a-half horsepower slow speed motor for working an air exhaust that is employed to keep machines free from chips. The motor shall run at about 1400 revolutions. What one of your machines do you recommend for this?
