Dear Sir:-
I am advised by the General Manager of the Sales Department of the Edison General Electric Company, that their Schenectady Works have shipped to the Edison Manufacturing Company, Orange, N.J., the small motor which was designed at Schenectady for operation by Edison-LaLande Battery. Please have a thorough practical test made of this on the sewing-machine which you have at Silver Lake, and let me have your report as early as practicable.
