Dear Sirs:-
I find by the reports that are sent me each week from our Silver Lake Factory that the amount of your indebtedness at the present time is $285.68 and that we have not yet received a remittance from you for supplies which we have furnished. We desire to extend all reasonable accommodation to our customers but cannot permit our accounts to run indefinitely, and I must request that you will be kind enough to forward us a cheque for the above sum by return mail.
Yours truly,
A.O. Tate
