Thomas R. Lombard Esq., Vice President,
North American Phonograph Company,
14 & 16 Morris St.,
Jersey City, N.J.
Dear Mr. Lombard:-
In further reference to your letter of the 10th instant, in which you state that your Company cannot make any reduction in its price to Agents owning to the terms of the contract for the sale of machines, and asking if I can see any way in which this can be done, I do not understand your question.
If you will kindly explain it to me further, I will make an attempt to answer it.
I am much obliged for your letter advising mat the Ohio Phonograph Company and the Tennessee Company have been taken in the fold.
Yours truly,
A.O. Tate
