Dear Sir:-
I want you to send a circular out to all the Phonograph Companies as soon as we are prepared to supply any new musical records; that is any other than those published in our list. We should send these notices out two or three times a week, in fact every day if necessary, and at the end of each month, or some other period which we can decide upon later on, we will correct our catalogue. Please get out a form of advice, so that Walter Miller can notify you of all the new records which are made, and get out another form to send to the different Phonograph Companies.
Yours truly,
[A. O. T.?]
