John F. Randolph Esq.,
Edison Laboratory,
Orange, N.J.
Dear Sir:-
The Edison Phonograph Works have an account on their books for expenses connected with the Montreal Exhibition of the Phonograph. I have instructed Mr. Ware to bill the expense against the Laboratory and you will in turn, render a bill for the same against the Edison General Electric Company, together with any expense which is now on your books concerning this Exhibition. I wish you would get into communication with Mr. Ware upon this subject, because I want the bills sent to the Edison General Company without any delay. The accounts for the Exhibition are being closed up and we should get everything in at the earliest possible moment. Give this matter immediate attention.
Yours truly,
A.O. Tate
