Referring to your letter to Mr. Edison of the 12th instant and to the draft of proposed agreement attached thereto will you please let me have a copy of the notice in writing which you state you have received from the Edison Machine Works announcing their determination to abandon the engine which they undertook to develop in their agreement with you of the 30th day November 1886?
