Dear Sir:-
Replying to your letter of the 26th instant in regard to the use of Phonoplex circuits on the lines of the Philadelphia, Wilmington & Baltimore Railroad and the Baltimore & Potomac R.R., I agree with you that the operation of these lines comes within the spirt of the agreement between myself and the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, and that it is not necessary to execute a separate agreement.
