Dear Sir:-
Mr. Edison has read your letter of 20th instant, and in reply he has instructed me to inform you that it is too early yet to do anything in connection with the Edison plant which it is proposed to establish in the City of Newark. Mr. Edison says further that he will be pleased to throw any business he can in your way.
