Dear Sir:--
I hand you herewith, a communication from the Orange Mountain Cable Company in regard to a piece of track which they are building in West Orange, and upon which they suggest Mr. Edison should test his new system of Electric Railway Propulsion.
When Mr. Edison returns to Orange, place this communication before him, and let me know what he thinks of the suggestion.
