My Dear Mr. Edison:-
On the 16th of last month I sent you a draft of a letter which you are to write to Sir William Thompson and which is to accompany the record of the filament lamp litigation. I also enclosed some of your New York letter-heads, but you have probably used these up figuring out Ogden profits, so I send you some more now. Won’t you kindly take time to write this letter? Thompson did you great justice in his testimony and he deserves this attention.
