806 CPW December 15th, 1891. H. Charles Gever Esq., Assistant Secretary, The Edison & Swan United Electric Light Company 100 Victoria Street, London, S.W. Dear Sir:- I beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 26th ultimo, advising me that my letter of the 11th ultimo, was placed before your Chairman and Deputy Chairman sitting in Committee, and indicating the willingness of your Company to cooperate with me in effecting an arrangement concerning electric lighting in Great Britain as outlined in my communication referred to above. I have taken pleasure in communicating the contents of your letter to the Edison General Electric Company, who are represented in London by their European Sales Agent, Mr. Phillip S. Dyer, #34 Victoria Street, Westminster London. I understand that Mr. Dyer has been fully instructed, and will therefore be in frequent communication with you during the progress of the negotiations now pending.
