Dear Sir:-
I hand you herewith bills of Mr. Edison against the Edison General Electric Company for experiments conducted in his Laboratory under that part of his agreement of October 1st, 1890 which secures to him one quarter of the Force and Resources of the said Laboratory for work to be conducted at the expense of your Company; together with certain charges in connection with patents, which are also provided for in the said agreement, the whole amounting to $15,462.00
