Aug. 24th, 1891. Edison United Phonograph Co., Mills Building, New York City. Dear Sirs:- Please place an order on the Edison (Phonograph Works) for the (50) musical records which were sent to your shipment for Central America. You will recollect that your Mr. Morrison gave me a verbal order for these but we require a written order so that we can obtain a requisition from the Phonograph Works upon the Laboratory. Yours very truly, A. O. Tate Private Secretary. P.S. As soon as you place this order on the Edison Phonograph Works and we receive from them a requisition for these musical records, we will send the Phonograph Works a credit memorandum for $2.50, that is 5¢ for each record which is deducted for the reason that the boxing and the packing was not done by us. Our price of 50 cents covers boxing and packing of records. In future if this work is done for you at the Edison Phonograph Works, we will charge 45 cents each for these records instead of 50 cents. on each of cylinder <Void>
