August 27, 1891.
Edison United Phonograph Company,
Edison Building, Broad Street,
New York City.
Dear Sirs:-
Please place an order on the Edison Phonograph Works for the 50 musical records which were sent with your shipment to Central America. You will recollect that your Mr. Morison gave me a verbal order for these, but we require a written order, so that we can obtain from the Edison Phonograph Works a requisition upon the Laboratory. We find that there has been a slight over-change on the records, for which we will send you a credit memorandum as soon as the Phonograph Works forward us the requisition.
Yours very truly,
A. O. Tate
Private Secretary.
