H. C. Ware, Esq.,
Edison Phonograph Works,
Orange, N. J.
Dear Sir:-
You have received an order from the North Am. Phono. Co. for the shipment of 15 phonographs and certain supplies to Ottawa, Canada. These phonographs and supplies are to form part of an exhibit in the City of Montreal, Canada, which opens a week from Monday next. I have this exhibit in charge and am sending Walter Hiller from the Laboratory to organize and start it. If our trip is limited I will be glad if you will give this shipment immediate attention, so that it can go forward with the least possible delay.
Yours very truly,
AO Tate
Secretary.
P. S. Please advise me on my New York office when it goes forward.
