Dear Sirs:—
I return herewith your bill of August 27th against Mr. Edison, for $4,055.96, for twelve new model phonographs, six of which have been shipped to the Edison United Phonograph Co. Mr. Edison desires you to bill direct to the Edison United Phonograph Company the six machines which you have delivered to them. The other six machines he wishes you to have put in good order, packed carefully and sent to the Laboratory. These you can bill against Mr. Edison.
