Dear Sir:-
I have your letter of 1st instant in regard to contract. If I understand the contract correctly, in the event of your shipping no ore you pay no royalty, whether you continue the business or abandon it. It would therefore seem unnecessary to insert an additional clause.
The $3500 note was mailed to Mr. Ira Miller several days ago.
