Sept. 30, 1891. A. O. Tate, Esq., Edison Building, Broad St., New York City. Dear Sir:- I enclose herewith letter addressed to the Ore Milling Co. Limited, signed by Mr. W. K. B. Dickson, with relation to the two certificates for 250 shares at the capital stock of that Company which Frank McGowan had in his possession when he disappeared.
