Dear Sir:-
Re Philadelphia and Reading Coal and Iron Co. Lease. I return to you herewith the eight papers which accompanied your letter of 12th instant addressed to Mr. Edison, the same having been prepared by you to take the place of the old leases effecting this property. Mr. Edison executed each of the said documents to-day and acknowledged them before Mr. Randolph, as Commissioner of Deeds. I append a list of the papers:
(1) Leave, P. & R. C. & I Co., to Thomas A. Edison, dated November 18, 1890 (2 copies).
(2) Agreement, P. & R. C. & I. Co. with Thomas A. Edison, dated November 18th, 1890 (2 copies).
(3) Lease and consent of P. & R. C. & I. Co., Thomas A. Edison to N. Y. Concentrating Wks., dated [illegible text] day of September, 1891 (2 copies).
(4) Agreement, Thomas A. Edison with the N. Y. Concentrating Works, dated September [illegible text] 1891, with consent of P. & R. C. & I. Co. (2 copies).
