Your letter of the 24th inst came to hand this morning and I beg to state that I have written Mr. Wastle stating that as this account was against Mr. W.P. Edison he should have written to you instead of Mr. Edison

Your letter of the 1st inst addressed to Mr. Edison came duly to hand and the reason you have received no answer before is that Mr. Edison has been away and your letter was forwarded to him and I have just received it back and I beg to state that as this account is against Mr. W.P. Edison you should have sent your letter to her instead of to Mr. Edison.
