“ St. Paul Minn. 41.00
“ Smith and Landell 58.22

Dear Sir:-
I beg to acknowledge receipt of your favor of the 21st inst and thank you very much for the information contained therein.
I beg to advise you that you can go as hish as 102 1/31 for the Edison Elec Ill Co., New York 5% Bonds and of course you understand that I would like to obtain them as much, lower as possible. I will take $100000 of these bonds-you may bid 102 ¼ for (illegible) R.R. bonds ___
Please have same put in name of my wife (Mina M. Edison) and greatly oblige.
