June 4th, 92 Messrs Woerishoffer and Co, 52 Exchange Place New York Dear Sirs:- Referring to your favor of the 3rd inst I beg to state that you can purchase for me the one hundred thousand dollars worth of Northern Pacific First Mortgage 6% Bonds at 118 or better if possible + put them in my wife’s name.
