Messrs Woernishoffer and Co will send you a check in payment of my note for $70000.00 with interest which falls due on Wednesday July 27th 1892.
Please turn over to them the $100000.00 worth of 1st Mfg 4% Bonds of the Cincinnati Indianapolis, St. Louis and Chicago R.R. Co, which you hold as security for the above and greatly oblige.
