Aug 11th 92 Thos A. Edison Esq Edison N.J. Dear Sirs:- I beg to advise you that Messrs Woerishoffer and Co have purchased 2500 General Electric Co Bonds for you at 104 ½. You instructed them to buy same at less than 104 ½ and the explanation why they paid 104 ½ you will see by their letter which I enclose. If after reading same it meets your approval please sign the enclosed letter and mail same to Mr. Reiff and oblige. Yours truly John F. Randolph P.S.
