Dear Miss Edison
Your Father instructed me to give you each month a check for $100.00 and also to advance you $25.00 each month same being the interest on the North American Phonograph Co Bonds making in all $125.00/100.
He also informed me that when you received your interest from the North American Phonograph Co Bonds that you would return to me all the interest that I had advanced to you. He also stated that I was to deduct $35.00 each month from the $125.00 to pay help pay the two checks which he paid for you on Jan 24-1893 as follows:

Orange National Bank $318.00

I beg to enclose you herewith a check for $75.00 the amount due you for January 1893 which is made up as follows:-

Interest Advanced 25.00
