Dear Sir:-
My wife informs me that in your bid to paint my house that you do not include the brock part of the same which is just as much a part of the house as the wood.
My understanding of your letter is that you paint the whole house outside with the best material and in a workmanlike manner, and I will notify you that I will not pay your bill unless this is done if you continue the job it must be on this understanding
Yours truly
