I beg to advise you that I have turned over to Mr. Hamilton Miller $146000.00 worth of demand notes in exchange for $146000.00 worth of the North American Phonograph Co Bonds.
The bonds at present are in the crawl of the Edison Phonograph Works by but as I can get Mr. Edison in New York I will have them transferred.
