Dear Sir:-
I have been trying to fix the wet sand but it is impossible except by use of a dryer. In about three weeks we shall have to make our Tailing way and I believe the right thing to do is to abandon the sand trade now and inform the people we cannot supply any more dry sand until our new arrangements are finished which will be in December when we shall be able to furnish any quantity of dry sand absolutely free of dust and any size or combination of sizes to the extent of one thousand tons daily.
Yours truly
