Oct 16 3 Edison United Phonograph Co Mills Building New York Dear Sirs:- In reply to your favor of the 13th inst I beg to state that I will name Mr. A.O. Tate as my arbitrator and I have notified Mr. Tate to have this matter settled as quickly as possible and have asked him to notify you when he is ready to proceed Yours truly `Thos A.
