In reply to your favor of the 13th inst I beg to state that I will name Mr. A.O. Tate as my arbitrator and I have notified Mr. Tate to have this matter settled as quickly as possible and have asked him to notify you when he is ready to proceed

Please inform me if the duplicate sets of phonoplex instruments received at Marietta Ohio + Sisterville have been returned to Schenectady as per our request. Kindly send me bills of taking [?] for the same, and if you have any acknowledgement of their receipt by the Schenectady people please advise me to that effect and oblige
