December 17, 1891. Messrs. Dyer & Seely, No. 36 Wall Street, New York City. Dear Sirs:- Mr. Edison is much obliged for your letter of 12th instant, enclosing copy of the patent which has just been issued to him on tension reducers arranged in multiple arc.
