Philip S. Dyer, Esq.,
No. 34 Victoria Street,
Westminster,
London, S.W., England.
My dear Sir:-
I enclose herewith bill of William Bashall, #145 Cheapside, London, against me, for [illegible overstruck text] 28-8-0. This is for the storage of Ore Milling apparatus which I sent to London some time ago. Please be good enough to pay to Mr. Bashall the amount of his bill and return to me the voucher receipted.
I desire to have the apparatus now in storage at Mr. Bashall’s warehouse returned to me at the Laboratory, with as little delay as possible, and I will be very much obliged if you will kindly take the matter in hand and see that the goods are shipped to America, properly packed etc.
Thanking you in advance for your attention to the matter
I am, yours very truly,
Thomas A. Edison
