No. 36 Wall Street,
New York City.
Dear Sirs:-
Mr. Edison has received your letter of 29th ultimo, in regard to the applications of Messrs. Ott and Kennelly 1454 and 1455, both of which have been allowed by the Patent Office; also referring to several other applications of Messrs. Ott and Kennelly relating to electric meters and electric motors. Mr. Edison says that all these should be assigned to the Edison General Electric Company.
I return herewith the drawings which accompanied your letter.
