Dear Sir:-
Referring to [illegible text] on the 9th inst. [therein?] Woerishoffer & Co. will hand you [cheque] for the amount, plus interest, against which please hand them for my [amount?] the following deposit it with you as collateral to [illegible text] [illegible text] [illegible text].
$50.000 New York, Lackawanna [illegible text] R. R. Co. 1st [illegible text] [6%?] Bonds.
$[800.000?]. United New Jersey Railroad and Canal 4% Bonds. and also the Note for $100,000.
