TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This is to certify that Mr. Earl Atkinson has been employed in my Laboratory, as a machinist, for the past two and a half years. Part of the time had charge of my Machine Shop and performed the duties connected with that position to my satisfaction. He is a good workman, industrious, reliable, and I can recommend him to any one in need of his services.
Mr. Atkinson has also considerable electrical knowledge of a practical kind, which increases his value as a workman.
