Dear Sirs:- 
Re Interference Harrington vs. Edison. It is Mr. Edison’s desire that you let this matter drop and permit Harrington to obtain a patent of the magnetic belt. 
The above is in reply to your letter of yesterday’s date addressed to Mr. Edison.
